Our services are provided based on the agreements made with each client and customized to meet their unique business goals.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
All services Target Performance Marketing provides are subject to the fees outlined in your individual service agreement or quotation. Payments must be made on or before the due date specified in the invoice. Failure to pay within the given timeframe may result in service suspension or termination.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, Target Performance Marketing does not offer refunds once a service has been initiated or delivered. Any service dissatisfaction should be communicated promptly, and we will work to resolve the issue in good faith.
4. Project Timelines
Project timelines will be outlined in your service agreement. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as client unresponsiveness or third-party issues.
5. Holidays Observed by Target Performance Marketing in 2025
Target Performance Marketing will observe the following holidays during the year 2025: Holiday list at Target.
Clients are advised to consider these dates while planning project timelines and campaigns. For urgent requirements during holidays, please notify us at least one week in advance for expedited services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, and marketing material created by Target Performance Marketing for your project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, you will have the right to use the deliverables for your business.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information you provide to us during the course of our working relationship. Any personal or business data shared will only be used to provide our services and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Target Performance Marketing will only use the Client's name to showcase in their portfolio section the services that helped their(client) business grow.
8. GST Compliance
In compliance with Indian tax regulations, Target Performance Marketing is registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) system. Our GSTIN is 19NIKPS7722A1ZR.
All transactions and services provided by Target Performance Marketing will be subject to applicable GST rates as per government guidelines. Clients receiving services from our agency can request GST-compliant invoices, and where applicable, are eligible to claim input tax credit as per Indian tax laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Target Performance Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from the use of our services.
10. Modification of Terms
Target Performance Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website/agreement. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective State courts.
